Nordic Walking, a therapeutic modality against cancer related fatigue

Abstract
There is evidence that physical exercise can improve symptoms in cancer patients and survivors, particularly cancer related fatigue (CRF). Nordic Walking (NW) is an innovative physical exercise with physiological and psychological benefits when compared to normal walking. The present article presents NW as an alternative therapeutic treatment for CRF.
